1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Falcon App service (“the Service”) provided by Kingfisher Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

These terms comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applicable UK consumer law.

2. The service

Falcon is a streaming discovery service that helps UK users find what to watch across their streaming subscriptions. We display content metadata and availability information sourced from TMDB. We do not host, stream, or distribute any video content ourselves.

Streaming availability data is refreshed daily and may not be real-time accurate. We are not responsible for the availability or quality of third-party streaming services.

3. Free trial and subscription

  • A 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers
  • After your trial, the Service costs £4.75 per month
  • Payment is taken at the start of each billing period via Stripe
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service subscription. By starting your trial and using the Service, you consent to immediate provision and acknowledge your right to cancel expires once the trial period ends
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period

4. Your rights as a UK consumer

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. In particular:

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill
  • You have the right to a repeat performance or price reduction if the service does not conform to these terms
  • These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law

5. Account and access

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that disrupts other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual property

The Falcon branding, software, and user interface are our intellectual property. Content metadata (titles, descriptions, images) is sourced from TMDB and is subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or data, except where required by law.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service or any part of it. Where changes significantly affect your use, we will provide reasonable notice by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
